Our recognition as a Verified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business with the VA and Center for Veterans Enterprise allows D Square Construction to share in the Veterans First Contracting Program opportunities with the VA, and other federal SDVOSB set aside contracting opportunities. By completing the verification process we provide all contracting agencies the assurance that D Square Construction has been thoroughly vetted and is in full compliance with the laws governing the SDVOSB set aside program. D Square Construction LLC has been awarded four SDVOSB Set Aside Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOC) with the Department of Veterans Affairs. The first MATOC was awarded to D Square Construction in September 2010. This 5 year, $50 Million dollar MATOC consists of multi disciple general construction covering the Phoenix VA Health Care System and the Northern Arizona VA Health Care System with task orders ranging in size from $25,000 to $10 Million. D Square Construction has been awarded 8 task orders under this contract.

The second Veterans Administration MATOC awarded to D Square Construction was in January 2012 for VISN 22. This 5 year, $400 Million MATOC consists of Design-Build task orders ranging in size from $25,000 to $5Million encompassing all 5 Veterans Facilities located within Southern California. To date, no task orders have been procured or solicited under this contract.

In 2011 D Square Construction LLC was awarded a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for Design-Bid-Build and Design-Build Construction Services within the Honolulu Engineer District Area of Responsibility. This 5 year, $49 Million MATOC consists of multi-disciplined general construction for office buildings, barracks, warehouses, housing, hangars, road work and site improvements.  D Square Construction was recently awarded 1 task order under this contract.

D Square Construction LLC was awarded a 5 year Regional Multiple-Award Construction Contract (RMACC) in December of 2009. The RMACC consist of both Bid-Build and Design-Build, performance-based construction task orders for general construction, marine construction, demolition, and historical restoration, construction, repairs, and alterations for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) in Washington, Oregon and California with task orders ranging in size from $3,000 to $5Million. D Square Construction has been awarded 11 task orders under this contract.
